PERSON IN CHARGE OF PERSONAL DATA

For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, Grupo Berger, its subsidiaries and affiliates and other companies that belong or may come to belong to the same group of companies that comprise it, designate as responsible for the obtaining, disclosure, storage, use, including access, management and exploitation of personal data, BERGER JOYEROS S.A. The owner may exercise the rights  ARCO (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition), granted by law as of January 6, 2012, by written request to the Person in Charge of the Personal Data Protection Area at the aforementioned address or at the following email address concierge@berger.com.mx.

In order to be able to respond to any request from Personal Data Holders, it is necessary that such requests satisfy all the requirements established in the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

It will be understood that the Data Subject consents to the processing of their data, in accordance with Article 8 of the law, since this Privacy Notice has been made available to them and they have provided the requested data.

Any changes to this Privacy Notice will be notified by this means.
